Christie Slatcher – Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations
Christie Slatcher graduated from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. After she graduated college she spent two years in the Silicon Valley working in public accounting as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the Big Four accounting firms. During that time, she attained her CPA license as a Certified Public Accountant. She then went on to work in corporate finance for five more years as an Accounting Manager and a Financial Planner for two publicly traded companies. Due to Christie’s strong corporate and financial background, she has been able to bring to Jamison Management Company and its property owners her professionalism, integrity and strong management and finance skills.
In 2004 Christie moved back to Redondo Beach to learn the family business and ultimately run the day to day operations of Jamison Management Company. Since then, Christie has attained her California Real Estate license and Certified Housing Professional Program (CHPP) certification. She has also taken various Fair Housing classes and is constantly taking continuing education classes to stay up to date with emerging trends and laws affecting the real estate and rental housing industry. She is also an active member of her community and various apartment owner's associations.

Todd Slatcher – Regional Director and Property Supervisor

Todd Slatcher graduated with honors from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering. Before college, Todd spent six years in the United States Navy. After he graduated college he spent two years in San Francisco working with Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting. He then worked for a couple of high tech startups in Silicon Valley as a manager in software development. It is this management experience and people skills that have allowed Todd to transfer so smoothly into his role as Regional Director of Foreign Properties and a Property Supervisor for a number of properties here in the South Bay. Todd is also a Broker-Associate with RE/MAX Beach Cities in Manhattan Beach and is in the process of completing his Certified Housing Professional Program (CHPP) certification.

Danielle Drehsen – Property Supervisor and Collections Supervisor
Danielle Drehsen has 14 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry. She has worked as an on-site resident manager as well as in the management office of multiple property management companies in the South Bay. She is certified and trained in the fundamentals of Fair Housing, Marketing strategies, Safety and Landlord Tenant Law. She has trained leasing agents, and supervised maintenance staff. She is responsible for overseeing outstanding tenant balances and maintaining high resident occupancy and low turnover through constant communication with the tenants and resident managers. She achieves strong results through motivating her employees, marketing strategically, and understanding the current market conditions. Danielle's skills include overseeing the daily operations of the each property, taking each owner's individual needs into consideration. She is very conscientious and is always looking for ways to meet and exceed the financial goals of the property.
